I was made aware on 10/28 that the chat was not functioning how it normally does. I am able to access the chat on my phone, and use it that way, but not correctly on my desktop. I believe some new users to 925 have been experiencing this issue as well. I have WIX Tech Support looking into this, and hopefully it will get resolved as soon as possible!
