NFL DFS: Week 1 Main Slate Breakdown - Cash Lineup, Pivot Lineups, GPP Plays, and Values
This is a very interesting week 1 main slate, where we have 1 clear option in Jahmyr Gibbs, he is the top choice on the slate and it is really by far. After that we have two elite value play WRs in Devaughn Vele, and Tre Tucker, both plays that will allow you to fit another projected stud in from this slate in Ja'Marr Chase. Lastly with the news that Brock Bowers is OUT, Michael Mayer is one of the easiest TE plays on the slate, and probably all year.

Salaries are DraftKings. Projections are Saturday-night consensus DraftKings points. Ownership is projected GPP ownership. Week 1 ownership moves around more than any other week. Some boards still have Jahmyr Gibbs near 50%. I have him closer to 30–37%. Treat the percentages as a map of the field, not lock numbers.
How to use this board
• Extreme core: safety, upside, and a good script
• Core: same idea, just not a locked touchdown favorite
• Safe: projects around 2.5x with a real floor
• Core value: the price is what makes it a core, because it opens the rest of the lineup
• High exposure: I want more of him than the field, without treating him as a lock
Build rule: start with one running back core and one value receiver. There is no must-play quarterback. Punt QB to the pass catcher you are already on: Burrow if you have Chase, Geno if you have Wilson, Shough if you have Olave, Vele, or Johnson.
