Preseason NFL DFS: Early Saturday Slate Breakdown - Cash Lineup, Pivot Lineups, GPP Plays, and Values

It is a bigger slate for the early slate. I will just be touching on which plays I like the most at each position. For the QB's I will be mostly talking about which WR/TE we should be targeting in stacks. It is a loaded slate. Let's get into it!

Note Core Plays are always considered other plays (GPP only, or Cash Plays)

The player pool is listed below. Any updates for the slate will be called out in the Discord Chat.

Quarterbacks:

The QB list is in order of how I would prioritize them.

  1. Ty Simpson (LAR)

    1. ended up playing 72% of the snaps in preseason week one, and we are expecting basically the same snap share for him and the rest of the LA Rams. (starters and backups sitting). He looked solid, and should once again be easy to stack.

    2. At least 2 of WRs: CJ Daniels, Xavier Smith, Tyler Scott, TEs: Max Klare. Then maybe get to PPR Conners.

  2. Joe Fagnano (BAL)

    1. He ended up playing nearly 70% of the snaps in preseason week 1. He looked sharp throwing for 224 yards and a TD. He is also pretty easy to stack.

    2. Stack with: Hibner (TE), and Wade or Sarratt

  3. Anthony Richardson (IND)

    1. Likely to get a full half of football in the second half of the game. So Richardson will be going up against 3rd, 4th, and 5th stringers. He should be able to tear it up against this unit. His rushing ability should create a decent floor. Riley Leonard will also get a half of football, but I do not like him as much as Richardson.

    2. Stack with: (TE) Mallory, Owen, and Burks

  4. Shedeur Sanders (CLE)

    1. Sanders is going to start in this one, and play the full first half. He should be able to score a TD against the Bills second and third units. He is also an easy stack.

    2. at least 2 of Boston, Larvadain, Concepcion, or Bond

  5. Kyle Allen (BUF)

    1. I like Allen more until I saw that he would be going against the Browns. The Bills are also thin at WR with the starters sitting, and Coleman, Bell, and Pettis likely out that hurts but also makes him easier to stack.
