Sunday Slate:

We have a decent amount of news that should help us make great lineups.

Just a call out the NFL Lineup Optimizer is available for PGA DFS members. (This is most likely going to change into just a 925 membership.)

Noteworthy News:

NYG: No news

NYJ: Starters 1 - 2 quarters.

Lions: Goff OUT but other key starters will play about a half

Steelers: Starters will play.

Quarterbacks:

Davis Webb - NYG - Low Exposure:

I like Webb a lot for stacking purposes, but I do not know how much he will play which is a little bit scary. I would assume that he will play around a half of football but that is not guaranteed.

Chirs Streveler - NYJ - Low Exposure:

With the starters playing in this game it is tough to gauge just how much Streveler will play. I would assume Flacco only gets around a quarter then Mike White plays the second quarter and part of the third with Streveler finishing it off. That could still be enough for Streveler as he does rush the ball a lot.

Tim Boyle + David Blough - DET - High Exposure:

Both QBs are going to play a half in this one with Goff out. They both have looked good this preseason and they both have produced. Last week they both threw a TD. I would say they are both firmly in play.

Running backs:

Antonio Williams + Jashaun Corbin - NYG - High Exposure:

Have not received the playing time just yet for the Giants but I do think we will see a healthy amount of Williams and Corbin who have both looked very good this preseason. Matt Breida is coming back from injury, and it appears that Gary Brightwell is still banged up. This leads me to believe that we will see a lot of Williams and Corbin. Williams had 11DK pionts just catching the ball where Corbin added 6 last week. They both had around 26 rushing yards with Corbin adding a TD.

Justin Jackson - DET - High Exposure:

The OC for the Lions came out and said that they want to showcase Jackson in this one, which is great because Jackson as already looking good, and last week he had 7 carries for 54 yards. If he can get more touches that would be huge. Craig Reynolds will probably get more looks in the second half as a result.

Anthony McFarland + Jaylen Warren - PIT - Low Exposure:

Last week no Steelers RB really did as they only had 14 total rushing attempts. Snell did not look all that good last week, although he did score a TD. Warren looked good in limited work, and McFarland still was running hard. It would not be a shock to see one of these two break the slate.

Wide Receiver:

Alex Bachman + David Sills NYG - High Exposure:

These two were targeted both 7 or more times and both scored over 10 DK points last week. The Giants are so banged up at WR that it should almost be a lock that they are going to be on the field for about 60% of the WR snaps today. That is playing time I cannot pass up on.

Quintez Cephus + Tom Kennedy + - DET - High Exposure:

Going into last season Cephus was the Lions WR1 which is just crazy to type but an injury last year early in the season, and another injury early in the campus has seen him slip on the depth chart. The talent is not the question with Cephus it is whether he is healthy or not. I think that he will show out in this game. Hoping that he plays a lot. Kennedy has been a preseason stud, and although the starters will play a lot meaning Chark or ASB are going to probably produce in the first half that means someone will do well in the second half. Given the targets were there for Kennedy the last two games I think that will continue.

Tight End:

Austin Allen - NYG - Low Exposure:

Allen is someone that you would play on the main slate but not on a showdown. I think that he will score at least 2DK points which is what he scored last week.

Lawrence Cage - NYJ - Mid Exposure:

Cager was a former college football WR so it is no surprise that he was able to get open a break a play for a TD. He had 3 catches for 65 yards and a TD last week.

Shane Zylstra - DET - Mid Exposure:

Last week Zlystra the second most target on the team at 6. He had 8.4 DK points. He should still play a decent amount in the second half of this game.
