Preseason NFL DFS: Thursday Slate Breakdown - Cash Lineup, Pivot Lineups, GPP Plays, and Values
Note Core Plays are always considered other plays (GPP only, or Cash Plays)
The player pool is listed below. Any updates for the slate will be called out in the Discord Chat.
Playing Time / Team Notes:
Packers
Starters, and backups all excepted to play.
QB Kyle McCord standing out, potential 2nd half stud.
Potentially thin at RB.
Marshawn Lloyd active
Chris Brooks returned from injury earlier this week. Will he be active? If he is out that create value
If Brooks out Pierre Strong, and Damien Martinez go from Low Exposure (5%) plays to High Exposure play.
Top 2 WRs for the Packers are sneaky tonight as they are not getting prop lines. (Prop Lines dictate ownership)
Sturdivant is one of my favorite plays on the slate, as he has gotten a ton of camp hype and should play the whole second half.
Neyor is a player fighting for the final roster spot. 2nd favorite WR play.
2 WRs getting lines that are also ok. Skyy Moore, and Savion Williams
Steelers:
QBs: Will Howard has repordetly looked bad in camp whereas Allar has stood out. So it sucks we won't get Allar for a full half against backups. Leads me to not want to play any of them.
Mason Rudolph plays 1 or 2 series.
Drew Allar plays the rest of the 1st half.
Will Howard plays the entire 2nd half.
Deep at RB, Johnson, Nichols top plays, Heidenreich, and Nowakowski will likely get some plays designed for them. Too many mouths to feed to trust.
Top WR plays: Bernard should get a lot of work as he is clearly behind Roman Wilson for the potential WR3 role. Rodgers has liked to way Smith has played in camp. Wetjen is a logical choose to get a lot of second half work, and have some plays designed for him.

Lions:
Starters are expected to sit, as well as some backups.
EASY play Luke Altmyer expected to see a majority of the snaps, and possibly the full game. Top QB play on the slate.
Stack with him:
WR: Dominic Lovett, and Tom Kennedy
TE: Jackson Meeks
RB LOADED: Saylor has an RB rush line of around 30 tonight, great click but so is Kye Robichaux. The issue with the Lions RBs especially Robichaux is that the Bengals are playing their starters tonight. So it will be 1s against 3s. Meaning the Lions might not rush the football as much as we would like them to tonight. Tough part about tonight's slate is the Bengals DST is one of the better clicks but our best stack, QB play, and RBs are coming from the Lions.
