STOC PREVIEW:
We have the first week back on PGA DFS, and although it is one that we shouldn't really play that much of it is still nice to have back!
Course Overview:

As you can see this is a No Cut event, and although it gets windy the wind typically does not play a huge factor. Expect the winner to finish -20 par this week.
We can also tell just based on the snapshot that are typical "No Cut" event specialist do well here.
This is a week in which we are going to have to fade some elite plays, some plays that we typically would not want to fade. That is just the week that we have when it is a small tournament field event.
My strategy this week will be to target players that are more hit or miss rather than target safe plays. You will see this reflected in the player pool.
In the free write up we provide a top play at each pricing tier. For a bigger breakdown of the event, this week click the "Join 925 Nation" Button. It's the best value in PGA DFS in the industry. There you will get our full writeup, player pool, Core Plays, Cash/GPP plays, and our Model Rankings. It's only $10 a month. Compared to other Membership sites out there this is on average 80% cheaper. Paying less for easy advice, better plays, better results, at the best value.
TOP PLAYS THIS WEEK
High Tier:
DUSTIN JOHNSON ($11,000) - DJ really is in a class of his own this week. He is by far the best play on the slate, and should be treated as such. I see no reason why we should fade him this week. He has the 2nd best course history out of anyone in the field, he is the 2nd best stat fit, and is easily the highest-ranked player this week. The only worry with DJ is that he has cooled off from his hot start to the season. I just do not see that happening this week.
Mid Tier:
Joaquin Niemann ($8,300): Niemann is one of my favorite plays this week. He has been striking the ball well so far this season. He is top 20 in TD, BS, and BOB. He has also been elite Off the Tee ranking top 12 in that. He played this course once in 2018 and finished top 5. He also ranks top 15 in the field in Windy conditions. Niemann to me is a play that I will be on a ton.
Low Tier:
Cameron Champ ($7,900): Champ has finished 11th, and 14th here in the past two years. He has finished top 20 in his last two starts. We all know that Champ is long of the tee, and that he can score on par 5s. If the rest of his game stays hot I could see him going out and winning this week.
Value Tier:
Andrew Landry ($6,300): Landry is a guy that keeps popping up for me when I am doing my advanced stats based searches. (Something that we be coming live to 925 shortly). I Dive into it a bit more and he has been hit or miss recently with two missed cuts, and two top 5 finishes over his past 6 starts. He played here last year and finished top 25. If he finishes in the top 50% this week he will hit value. I expect that he will thus I like him as a play.
