The last full tournament field event of the year, and we are lock into to cashing in over 80% of full tournament field events. It has been a great year for 925 Nation in PGA DFS, and we look to end on a great note this week.
On Draftkings this week we are getting just a ton of value plays, almost too many. Lineup construction will be less of a focus as a result. We have so many good plays at each price range that it really makes it easy to build a lineup that you like, and a lineup that will more than likely get 6/.6 across the cut line.
TOP PLAYS THIS WEEK
High Tier:
Webb Simpson: Normally I do not like to point out an obvious play like this, but Webb is in such great form making 9 straight cuts will most of those being top 25 finishes or better. He is one of the better stat fits in the field, and have just been dominant at this event. In the last 4 years he has 4 top 10 finishes.
Mid Tier:
Charles Howell III: Howell is going to be a great play across the board.He is typically a player that you can just plug in and play knowing that he will make the cut. That’s what we get this week. He is a top 10 stat fit, he is in good recent form as well. The only hesitation is that his latest course history at this course was 2015 when he finished T31st
Lucas Glover: Glover is literally checking all of the boxes this week! He has 3 straight top 30 finishes at this event. He is finally back in good recent form making his last 3 cuts. He is also the best stat fit in the field this week.
Scott Piercy: Piercy has been the most played player of 925 Nation this year, so I am not going to quit playing him now. He is one of the best stat fits in the field. The only worry with Piercy is his course history finishing T45, and T63, not bad but not great.
Low Tier:
Vaughn Taylor: Taylor is a top 5 stat fit in the field this week, he is also riding 7 straight made cuts including 2 out of his last 3 events being top 6 or better. Taylor also doesn’t have the best course history finishing: MC. T50, and T47. It is a slight risk, but given his form I am willing to take it.
